Please note that we (Carl Jung Resources) sell only digital items. Since digital items such as: email courses and papers (PDF) can not be returned to the owner, we don't issue refunds.
request a replacement of the course received if it is not the ordered one. However the replacement request should be submitted prior of receiving the first lesson of the wrong course, that is, within the three hours
from the receipt of the welcome message. Otherwise you'll be charged $5.95 the first lesson.
You can not submit a replacement request in the case you already received the first two lessons of the wrong course, that
is, after 48 hours from the course starting date.
If you request a course replacement in the conditions above, please send your request to email@example.com with subject "request refund" (without quotes). Also send us a copy of your invoice.
Replacement requests are processed within 30 days since your request.
You can not submit a replacement request for papers (PDFs).
Finally we don't issue refunds or replacements if the customer can not receive the
lessons due to his/her email account provider rejecting our email messages or anything wrong with his/her network/desktop/mobile devices.
